We are excited to introduce "A Bear's Hideaway" to you! This cabin is less than 15 minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge with easy access and plenty of flat parking. This well-cared-for cabin has tons of charm! You are welcomed with natural light, cathedral ceilings, and wood floors when you walk in the door. The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen. and has a gas-stone fireplace. On the main floor, there is a king bedroom with a recently renovated bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large loft area with bunks and a barn door to give some privacy. Downstairs is the movie area, pool table, and multi-cade unit for tons of fun! A second king bedroom and full bathroom were also recently renovated. Two covered decks are perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the large wooded lot.

Location: 14 miles to Gatlinburg, 9.5 miles to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge, 7.3 miles to Ripken Experience, 16 miles to the National Park

Was a beautiful cabin. On the first day had a drainage issue with the sink and dishwasher and had to call maintenance. They responded quickly but I was left cleaning water off the floors in the kitchen and the basement. It was a lot of water. It was a mess. Was told housekeeping was coming so thought they would clean water off the floors. They just left two bags of towels so when we got back that night I had to clean. Missing batteries in remote was annoying didn’t have AA in box they said to look in. The recliner in the living room wouldn’t unrecline. The blinds in the bedroom on the main level doesn’t close all the way and there is a spot light shining in all night. I know these are little things but I loved the cabin and the location.

We absolutely loved A Bear’s Hideaway! Everything was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out with our older children . The decks were perfect for morning coffee, reading a book and soaking in the hot tub. Pool table and arcade machine were a hit. We all looked forward to getting back to the cabin after our busy days of exploring. Decor was adorable. Very clean. Just gorgeous. It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was clean. We had plenty of towels and other supplies. It was private. We would stay again. I would suggest a full length mirror somewhere and maybe a dresser in the master to put clothes in. The hot tub worked great and we enjoyed the pool table and the private deck.

This has been our absolute favorite place to stay by far!! Reasonably priced. Easy to get to. I was even able to drive to and from the property (and i never drive the mountains)Very clean!! We had plenty of room for the two of us and have thought about bringing others along with us next time!! We will definitely reach back out when we come to the area again! Had a great stay at this cabin! Great location, provided just about everything we needed. Great family time spent here and we saw a bear right outside the cabin the very first morning here. Would definitely come back. :)

Wonderful girls’ trip to the Smokey Mountains. Hiking the trails, shopping in Gatlinburg, local winery’s and The Peddler Restaurant and the hot tub were our favorites. We wish the property description had included the fact that the fireplace wasn’t available after April 1. We had some very chilly evenings and mornings (low 30’s) where we would have enjoyed a nice fire. In fact, the 2 things we looked for in a rental were a hot tub and fireplace. All in all, the cabin was beautiful (especially the master bath with nice tub) and comfortably furnished. We would definitely recommend.

The rental process was simple and the stay was nice overall. The cabin was quiet and comfortable. The pool table was a hit but cue sticks were lacking. Had some issues with a sewage smell that came and went while there. Also needed a blender but there was not one. One of the chairs quit working but no one can predict that. Overall it was clean and quiet and we had a very good time. It was a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again but next time would like a Mountain View. The woods were nice and we watched lots of squirrels playing around us. Enjoyed it.

Beautiful cabin. Located way up in the mountains. Very clean and neatly maintained. Very close to all the attractions and in a very drivable distance. Secluded and will peaceful time for the 3 days we spent there.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bear's Hideaway. The cabin is in a great location and quick drive to Pigeon Forge for all the activities, restaurants, etc. The cabin was very clean and had a great collection of games for the kids to play. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend and would definitely come back and stay again.

Seamless, from beginning to end. Booking was very easy, all questions were answered immediately. Check in was just as easy. Cabin was gorgeous and spotless upon arrival. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. The hot tub was perfect. We stayed for a week long Honeymoon and even added an additional day with a simple email. Fantastic cabin with fantastic owners! Extremely pleased. We plan to return next year!

What a great cabin to stay in. VERY clean, great location, easy paved access and great amenities. The staff that we dealt with was wonderful and kind to work with. My family enjoyed staying in the Bears Hideaway cabin. It was clean, and the hot tub, video games, and pool table were a plus. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was equipped with all the necessary appliances. We loved the deep bathtub in the master bedroom. Nice to soak after walking all day. The scenery was awesome. Enjoyed the fresh mountain air. Internet connect had some glitches, but overall was able to connect. Not so good with doing video calls on the phone, but overall was able to access emails on my laptop. The family did experience seeing a black bear hiding in a trash container near a house that was being built. The kids were really excited to see the bear. The only suggestion that I have is it would be nice if the owners add the extended-size sheets so it will cover the king-size mattress. The sheet kept coming off while sleeping. Other than that, I recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay way way up in the mountains.

It was a great stay and wish we could have been there longer. Cabin was clean and roomy. Shower was great! Private back side balconys. Would defiantly stay there again!
