Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room featuring a stone, electric fireplace, 2 couches that can be used as sleeper sofas for additional sleeping, and a big-screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace to catch up with everyone and share adventures from the day.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space and bar seating for 5 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 16 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There is a large custom-made table with bench seating for 14. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 5 and everyone will have a place to dine together.

Rec Rooms
It’s playtime! Downstairs, shoot pool with your pals with plenty of observation seating, while catching the game on the 3 large flat-screen TVs. Ideal for sport playoff fans! Enjoy endless free play on the Batman Driving Simulator. Step back in time to play all your favorites on the multi-cade. Thirsty? Don't miss the game-winning shot or a second of your favorite movie by using the wet bar with a bar fridge conveniently located on the lower level, just for you!

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 5 bedrooms — each with a flat-screen TV. Choose from 3 King Beds, 1 Queen, 1 Queen over Queen Bunk, or 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas in the living room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

This was just as described. Spectacular views. Space to fit multiple families comfortably. Easy to get to and close to many things. We did have an issue with our hot tub not working the first day and a half of our 3 night stay, which was a bummer. However the maintenance person was so helpful in getting it addressed and functional for us promptly. Would def stay here again. I would just suggest asking the hosts about exact kitchen items available. There were a couple things that would have been helpful, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We loved it!

Our entire family, a gang of 8 adults and 6 children (three under 1 year old) found the house to be perfect, plenty of space for everyone. Space to gather as a group, and space to separate for naps for the little ones. The house is well located, a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and located in a residential area. House had beautiful views!

We saw many bears, including a mama with her three cubs. We saw a bear gallivanting across the road carrying a pumpkin. Take the warnings seriously about trash, food and locking your car door.

Matt was very helpful and prompt in responding to my many questions before we arrived.

We had 10 people in or group. Everyone really liked the cabin. Gameroom was a hit with our teenagers. Cabinis in a very good location, kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Views, hot tub, game room, and passes all made it very nice.

Overall we were very satisfied. Plenty of room for eleven of us. 6 adults and 5 children. Nice place and 4 stars is a good rating. Beautiful views and plenty of porch space to enjoy the mornings and evenings.

We came to Gatlinburg as a big family.. we rented this home for our grown kids, our grandkids, and my parents there were 9 of us. (75, 71, 50, 46, 26, 26, 25, 3, and 2). It was literal perfection! The pictures are exactly what you get! It is in an absolute perfect location.. so easy to get to all the things you wanna do!!! The house was well stocked with cooking utensils and pans, we cooked breakfast 5 of our 7 mornings. We loved every moment of our stay! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Rented a cabin in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area of Tennessee and wow the place was awesome! Its was super clean had everything you need to keep everyone entertained less than 10 minutes away from Gatlinburg and 20 away from Pigeon Forge. Bear Tracts cabins great job. Look forward to renting again.

Location couldn’t be better. Close to downtown but tucked up in the mountain with incredible views. We saw amazing sunsets and beautiful rainbows during our stay. We also saw quite a few bears! Management was quick to respond when we had a question. We loved it and hope to be back soon!

There were 15 of us and it was plenty large enough for all of us. We could see all of the mountains around us. We had a problem wwith the refrigeraator and they came immediately to check on it. The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and hot top downstairs. The place was very clean. We enjoyed watching the bears that come around the cabins. We definitely recommend this cabin and we would definitely book it again.

We stayed in the Spacious Skies cabin for 6 days and loved every minute. The cabin was gorgeous, spotless, and the views were breathtaking! Our family group of 14 was comfortable with lots of room to relax and spread out. Everyone loved the game room too! Matt and April were great in sharing info about the cabin and the area. We had an absolutely fantastic vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay at For Spacious Skies. Very well stocked kitchen, very clean, plenty of room for everyone, but our favorite was the views from the balconies. The balcony was favorite place to drink my coffee before anyone else was up in the mornings. We all spent plenty of time just enjoying the views.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is beautiful. We had 3 families staying in the cabin with 6 adults and 7 children. The kids loved playing on the arcade games in the basement. The adults enjoyed pool and hot tub. The location in Galtlinburg Falls is really convenient to both the park and the strip in Gatlinburg. The cabins are very close together, so we did hear our neighbors yelling at his kids a few times but only when we were outside on the porch.
I would recommend, of all things, better trash bags for the kitchen. They tore just when trying to pick them up and we ended up using more because of that. I would also recommend keeping spare blankets in the cabin. While we were warmed there wouldn't be extras and I brought my own, I feel people expect a few of these extra comforts when paying so much for this cabin.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come back and rent this property again!

The perfect spot for our 4 competition cheer families to relax while the kids lived it up in the For Spacious Skies Lounge area downstairs. We loved the hot tub and the convenience of getting to our venue without dealing with crazy traffic.

This cabin was conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg and the views were wonderful. The kids loved the game room with the pool table and Batman arcade. We had a question about operating the arcade games and they responded promptly. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Bear Tracts again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at For Spacious Skies. My kids absolutely loved the game room and hot tub. The views were amazing! I loved sitting on the deck and drinking my morning coffee. It was the best way to start my day. The only low point was the ants. We had a small issue with them by the door and a couple windows.
