Bear Tracts is providing free admission to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer. Details below.

This conveniently located cabin is only 0.5 miles to 321 with lots of shopping and food options. 1.5 miles to the Pigeon Forge strip where you will find dinner shows, the island, and lots of entertainment.

Reliable High-Speed Wi-Fi internet is provided by Xfinity. TVs are located in the bedroom, living room, and pool area.

Along with the great location, Jagger's Sunrise Splash provides a hot tub large enough for the whole group, and best of all you can enjoy a private, heated, pool all year round. In addition, there is a 55 TV to enjoy a flick while relaxing in the pool. An additional full bath for getting ready or showering off before/after swimming. The stackable washer and dryer are also located here.

On the main level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals on a gas range! Wind down and snuggle up in front of the TV and fireplace at the end of the day or enjoy sitting on the back deck in a rocking chair. Finally, you can retire to the master bedroom with a king bed with an attached full bath.

For additional sleeping space, the living room has a queen pullout couch for those trips you can't take alone.

Bathroom towels and linens are provided. In-site stack-able washer and dryer in the pool area

The pool is approx. 12 x 7 and approximately 4½ feet deep.

Visit as many attractions as you like on a daily basis and receive one admission to each of those attractions every day. Unused admissions expire daily. Expired and redeemed admissions are replenished the following day and can be used again.

Jaggers sunrise splash did not disappoint! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The pool, and hot tub were great, both the perfect temperature! The location was ideal, 5 min from almost everywhere we visited! The only small suggestion I would make is we would have loved to have a grill! We will definitely plan on staying again in the future!

Loved this property. Our favorite part was the definitely the pool in the basement! Not far from town, the only (minor) complaint was the driveway, it's a little narrow on a hill, but TOTALLY worth it. We would stay here again!

We had a great time and the cabin was nice! We had a small issue with the hvac in the pool room, and after informing maintenance, they came very quick to remedy the situation.
This is what I appreciate, when there is a problem, it is taken care of with courtesy and urgency.

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location was in the best spot for attractions that we wanted to do with our boys. The cabin was extremely clean upon arrival. Our boys also loved the arcade table and pool that was in the cabin. Perfect place to stay for families with young kids.

what a wonderful experience. our cabin was gorgeous and spotless. everything was easy to find and easy to work. the view was exactly what I expected it to be with the bonus of getting to see just a little bit of the Dollywood fireworks at night. the pool is an authentic cement pool as opposed to so many in the area that are basically large bathtubs set into a hole in the ground, which there's nothing wrong with but this just adds to the authenticity. finally, when we got home my wife realized she didn't have her wedding/engagement rings. after we tore everything apart that we had packed, I called Bear Tracts in a panic and left a message. very first thing in the morning they texted me and said they were contacting the cleaning service. by noon they had located them and they were en route to UPS. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL. we will be doing all of our future bookings with Bear Tracts

Wow! What a beautiful cabin. So perfect for us and our little. l had 1 concern that the floors needed mopped and Matt immediately got someone to come clean them, talk about good customer service! We had a great stay; had some air conditioning issues that we thought we had taken care of on our own, but called in late at night. We had multiple conversations even later after we got back from a dinner show, so they tried all they could to fix it for us. Not at all their fault.

This cabin is amazing! Great location and amenities. So close to downtown Pigeon Forge and just a 10 minute drive to Gatlinburg. Great Mountain View from the back decks, fully stocked kitchen, and the private indoor pool just finishes off this amazing cabin!

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was very clean and great size for 4 people (2 adults and 2 toddlers). My twin 4yr old absolutely loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub! Really close to all the action which was great! Would absolutely stay here again

My only tip to the owners would be new pillows. For the price we paid they definitely can use an upgrade! And some hooks on the bathroom door would be helpful too!

This was my favorite vacation ever. I got to share the experience with my wife, daughter and our new and first granddaughter. We made so many memories that’ll last a lifetime and when we comeback we’ll be looking to stay in Jaggers cabin once again. To see our granddaughter in our own private pool was worth the trip itself. Your cabin was perfect for us. Not a single complaint. Like I said we’ll be back. Hopefully sooner than later!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this lovely cabin in Pigeon Forge. The cabin offered a variety of fun-filled activities. We spent the majority of our time in the pool, hot tub, or playing pac-man when we weren’t participating in the numerous activities offered in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean and had a new cabin smell. It was also well-stocked with kitchen items. We also utilized the free ticket to a variety of attractions which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others. I do recommend that you pack extra beach towels because only so many towels are provided at the cabin. If you get in/out of the pool and hot tub throughout the day, they will definitely be needed.

This was our first time in Tennessee, Pigeon Forge, and the Smokey Mountains. This cabin was fantastic and the perfect size for our family of 4. The kids (7 & 10) slept on the sofa bed and we slept in the bedroom. The kids loved the pool and the gaming console. We loved them too as well as the hot tub. The cabin was spotless, beautifully furnished, and everything felt brand new. The cabin is located minutes from the main pigeon forge strip. Close to the action but just far enough away for peace and quiet while drinking your coffee on the porch. The bear tracts communication and app were excellent as well. Would absolutely recommend!

My family had a blast enjoying this beautiful cabin. My six year old swam his little heart out in the indoor pool. My 18 year old loved it all. It was a perfect quick getaway to make memories with my youngest two kids. The cabin was super clean and absolutely adorable. We will return in the future. I 100 percent recommend this cabin.

Very nice comfortable place, newer build so everything is still in great shape, my daughter loved our own personal pool and its nice to be closer to town without the drive up into the mountains, unless you really want that quiet mountain seclusion then this wouldn't be the place for you, otherwise a excellent place that I would gladly stay at again.

Had a chance t get away for a couple day on spring break. Jaggers was a perfect fit for our family. We actually ended our evenings out and about to spend time at the cabin enjoying the private basement pool and hot tub. The cabin was new and clean delivering everything that was represented on the listing. Beartracts Vacation Rentals are our go-to Property management team whenever travel to TN. Their responsiveness is second to none.

The tv hadn’t been installed in the master.
The hot tub was installed in a way that obstructs access. There weren’t any steps for it either. A luggage rack would be extremely helpful as well. All very minor and fixable issues.

From what I can tell, we were the very first to stay in this cabin.
Pros:
Convenient, modern, amenities.
Cons:
Zero privacy. No blinds. No curtains. A tiny bathroom in the master to change clothes in because your neighbors are THAT close.
No tv in the master. No luggage rack or piece of furniture to put your suitcase on. I think the placement of the hot tub should be fixed and steps added. All minor/fixable issues for the next renters.
