Fully stocked kitchen for cooking those big holiday meals all while the kids of all ages have hours of entertainment in the game room playing pool or the 60 game multi-cade featuring classics like Pacman, Donkey Kong, & Galaga or the Arcade Legends machine with Golden Tee, Bowling, Rampage & more!. An adjacent theater room with full surround sound is perfect to enjoy your favorite flick. After a long day hiking or strolling the strip in downtown Gatlinburg you can relax in one of 2 hot tubs or relax around the outdoor firepit while catching up with one another.

Private Outdoor Amenities
Cross the creek on the stone bridges into your exclusive space to take full advantage of the Smoky Mountain air! Kids can swim in the large swim-spa while parents relax away in the connected hot tub. Enjoy corn hole or spike-ball in the flat spacious area designated for your group. Use the gas grill and picnic table right by the waterfall for a peaceful meal and then wind down by the fire-pit with your favorite beverage overlooking the mountains.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, a couch, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There is a large table with chairs for 10 and the kitchen bar seats 2.

Here, you’ll also find the theater seating for 8 with a huge flat screen TV, great for a little relax time after the kiddos drift to sleep or keep them occupied with their favorite cartoons while you do some relaxing yourself.

Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, & playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 5 bedrooms — each with a flat screen TV. Choose from 5 King Beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa or a Queen over Queen bunk bed in the game room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

This cabin was beautiful, clean, in a wonderful and convenient location. It was secluded enough to be quiet and enjoyable but still close to everything of interest. A wonderful experience that we will definitely enjoy again another time soon. Highly recommend!

Cabin in great location with ample space for all and the daily visits from the local bears very special! First floor of the cabin was comfortable but bedroom temp a little warm even with blinds closed. Upper level stifling hot and lower level frigid making enjoying Cameroon or double bunks impossible. Hot tubs not hot...warm at best and hot tub on lower level of house jets not working! Beautiful backyard space and kitchen better stocked than most. Ample parking for all. Grill not in best shape...maybe previously used and not cleaned. Closet in main level bedroom had no lighting. No, I did not call in all my concerns...we preferred to enjoy our time outside the cabin not waiting on people to co.e and repair things.

We were a family of 14 staying at Happy Together for our grandaughters wedding. The home is perfect with five king bed ensuites, a queen size bunk and fold our couch. The responsivenss of the hosts was first-class. VERY CLEAN and we saw lots of bears! The swim spa/hot tub was a huge hit with everyone and those that wanted a more chill soak could hot-tub at the second tub on the porch. The location is outstanding. No crazy mountain driving to reach the property! Very close to town yet isolated enough to get out of the crazy Gatlinburg hustle. I have nothing but great things to say about this rental. It was exceptional.

This is a great property!! Surprisingly close to town (within 5 minutes) but feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. We used the outdoor space every single day and were thankful for the pool, firepit, and little stream. We saw so many bears. Several came and got a drink out of the little stream in the yard. They left us alone but we made sure to keep a healthy distance. The kids loved the theatre room and asked if we could spend a few days just doing things at the house. We ended up having only 10 guests and I think 16 would be tight. Absolutely loved it. The kitchen had good supplies for cooking which we appreciated. Overall very clean and good amenities. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

This cabin was beautiful and very clean! It was wonderful that each room had it's own bathroom! It was nice and roomy, yet cozy. We enjoyed all the spaces from the large kitchen to the game room, movie room, and the swim spa and hot tubs! When we tested the fire pit only half of it lit up. We called and maintenance came out that day to make sure it was working correctly so we were able to make S'mores that night and enjoy the amazing view! It was fun to see a family of bears from the balcony a few of the mornings while we were there! Incredible! The location was great! We enjoyed Dollywood, white water rafting, Anakeesta, and some awesome hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains! We had 3 generations that we had to please and there was something for everyone! This was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!

This home is spacious and great for several families to stay in at once. We stayed with several friends from college who all have small children. Plenty of space, lots of fun for kids and adults, and very close to many attractions. The only thing we were missing were a couple more kitchen items like cookie sheets, griddle, etc. but that's probably just because we were cooking the majority of our meals.

I take my wife, kids and grandkids (16 total) on an annual vacation. This year we stayed at So Happy Together and it was perfect. Very Beautiful indoors and outdoors. The kids and adults love the water stream, swim pool, 2 hot tubs, fire pit and decks! Everyone said that this was by far our favorite stay and the location was great and close to attractions, but still very private! Thank you. We will be back!

Wonderful place perfect for our family. There are 3 bedrooms on the top level all
With full bathrooms. 1 bedroom on the main floor with film bath. 1 bedroom on the bottom floor with 2 bunk sets that are full beds on top and bottom bunk. Perfect for the children of the crew. Movie theatre was a plus! Kitchen has everything you need! This place is awesome, new and clean. Thank you for a great time. We will be back for sure!

We travel a lot and this was one hands down one of the best stays weve experienced! The cabin was absolutely stunning from the view, to the amenities, comfort of beds, etc . We thoroughly enjoyed having the kids downstairs area with the arcade games and pool table! The swimming/hot tub area was such a hit and we loved the addition of the waterfall . It was so relaxing! We even got to see bears each day. We look forward to returning on our next stay :)

Hands down it was one of the best places weve stayed to far. Your only about a mile 1/2 away from down town Gatlinburg, 5 minutes from a food City if your like us and enjoy eating breakfast in and snacks between. There is a lovely streaming fountain outback along with a hot tub and swim spa by the fire pit and another hot tub right out of the cabin on your private deck. The kids enjoyed the theatre in the cabin and the fun games. We all loved sitting outside in the morning and night taking in all the beauty around us. We seen a momma bear and her cub, then later seen one big poppa bear. They were quite a beautiful sight. The cabin wad clean, well
stocked with all the utensils you need to cook with. We will use this place again and hopefully every-time we vacation in the Smokies which is quite often. This cabin is truly a beauty. There is 5 king rooms with private bathrooms, queen bunks and sleeper sofas. Plenty of room for a large family. Soft comfy beds as well!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Bear Tracts So Happy Together cabin. The large outdoor hot tub was a hit with everyone. The Gas grill and outdoor Fire-pit was a nice amenity. The spacious rooms and many bathrooms was another great feature . Our family of 12 loved it!

This is the best cabin ,it had so many things in it such as pool table, arcade games, hot tub and big jet tub and our own private area with fire pit. Our kids really loved the jet tub outside. We will certainly stay here again if we visit gatlinburg next time.

THE HOUSE WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION UPON ARRIVAL. CLEAN, ATTRACTIVE, AND EVEN BETTER THAN THE PHOTOS SHARED ON THE SITE. WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN? THE NUMBER OF ROOMS WERE PERFECT FOR A LARGE GROUP. THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADD IS A LARGER LOUNGING AREA OR ADDITIONAL LARGE SECTIONAL SEATING OPTION ON THE MAIN FLOOR. THE PRIVATE BACKYARD W/POOL SPA, GRILL & FIREPLACE PUT THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE. SPECTACULAR VIEWS. IT WAS QUIET AND RELAXING WITH AN AREA TO CHILL POOL/SPA SIDE WHILE THE KIDS ENJOYED THE WATER. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT TO DT GATLINBURG AND A SHORT DRIVE TO PIGEON FORGE. WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!

This is a Beautiful, spacious and clean Cabin. You really could just Vacay in the Cabin and have a good time. We were up in the mountains but not too far, our incline was about an 8th of a mile long, it was narrow but tolerable even if you fear heights. Hot Tub on balcony, Pool (Kids enjoyed the heated pool in 60 degree weather) and Hot Tub on grounds outside, Arcade games with all the Great Games like Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede etc. with the beautiful scenery. You can’t beat that! Everyone should visit the Smoky Mountains at least once, it’s a treasure. We didn’t see any Black Bears, although I wanted to. Access to Grocery Store, many Restaurants and not even 1-2 miles from all of the Downtown Gatlinburg experience. Awesome experience. So many things you could do. We really enjoyed ALL of the food and Dollywood too. Big Daddy’s Pizza was GREAT.

This cabin was in a great location with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and the grocery store was 1 mile away. The best feature of this place for us was the swim spa. It was nice to have two hot tubs as well. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and PLENTY of room for more! We loved that each room had a king bed and own full bathroom- all rooms were created equal so there was no fighting over rooms and there was plenty of space. The kids loved the downstairs area with the games, pool table, and theater room (boys loved playing video games here on the big screen!). The place was spacious and clean and the communication was top notch. The view was pretty good, but not as good as some other rentals we looked at. This was a great trade off for us not to have to drive high up a mountain though. Stay here, you will have a great time!

we loved our stay, my grandkids enjoyed the hottubs, spa hottest, gameroom, we had 4 inches of snow our second day and there were no shovels, salt, the stairs were dangerous , I would suggest having something, u realize it doesn't snow much here but should accommodate when it does, also only 1 trash bag per container in the kitchen, need to bring your own, was a little surprised they didnt provide any! Overall, our stay was great. I would recommend

Wonderful house and grounds, the hot tubs are amazing and we were able to be together and spread out as needed! My only suggestion is to bring some salt! The back stairs can get a bit slick if you are lucky enough to get snow! Would definitely stay again!!

11 old friends got together for a few days of fun. This place was so perfect!! Beds are comfortable, kitchen well appointed and the hot tubs were amazing. We even got one day of snow!!! My only suggestion is to either encourage renters to bring some salt or provide it for those back steps!!! Crazy slippery when it snows and freezes! We had two small ( thankfully) slips on the stairs. Everyone had a ball and we so appreciate you sharing

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the beds were wonderful! I walked around the cabin in white socks and they were still white at the end of the day. The only issue was the WI-FI reception was very poor. Not sure if it was because there were so many devices trying to use it or if it is just the area. Might want to look into a booster and extender. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

After not being able to see family for over a year, we decided to meet at this lovely cabin in Gatlinburg the first week of August 2021.
To say we were pleased with our cabin/location/cabin owners is an understatement. We arrived after a long day of travel to a pristine cabin with plenty of space for our 16 family-member party. Our cabin included a private hot tub on the lower deck as well as a hot tub/pool just outside our cabin for our personal use too. The cabin sits among the gorgeous trees and hills of the smokey mountains. I started each morning of our vacation with a cup of coffee on the deck, enjoying the view. Perfection.
The cabin is located just a few minutes drive from the grocery store and downtown Gatlinburg, which we explored.
We took advantage of all the amenities the cabin offered including fire pit for s'mores, the lovely water feature, gas grill for our dinner, video games and pool table for family fun. We fully relaxed in our cabin!
We would absolutely love to visit this cabin again and highly recommend it!

This was a lucky find for our family, the cabin was absolutely beautiful and spacious enough for the 16 of us. Close to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge made for an amazing stay. Only issue was the Waterfall, outdoor fire pit and swim spa was all under construction but looked amazing.

This house is fantastic! It is convenient to everything, spotless, and has anything you could want and more. The game room was awesome for the kids and we enjoyed some fabulous hikes and cooked some great meals.
We would absolutely stay here again given the opportunity. The host was on point with any communications and I couldnt have imagined feeling more taken care of!

Every year we gather with family in TN that we may not get to see often for family fellowship. Thank you so much for extending your amazing cabin to facilitate our adventures. It had all the amenities and perfectly located outside the traffic rush between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The host went above and beyond to assure our stay was comfortable and worry free. We will be back. Oh, there were bear sightings in the area for added enjoyment.

Really nice location. perfect for our family getaway. We loved all the games and movie room. Pool table was not in an optimal position and was uneven, but not totally disappointing. We still played . Kitchen was well equipped, it would have been nice to know it had a Keurig instead of regular coffee machine. We went and purchased a regular one for our weekend and then donated it to one of our group. Win win situation. Overall I feel instructions and steps to stay were perfectly organized and added to our great visit.

Our families were So Happy Together! The cabin was very clean and spacious and convenient. The owner was accommodating due to flooding of the river and roads in the surrounding areas. We all had a fabulous weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful time this past week. The house was beyond my expectations. Its so perfectly thought out. Lots of room to enjoy all of our family without anyone being cramped. We LOVED the fact that all rooms not only has king size beds ( which were super comfy) but also had their own bathroom with nice size showers in each room so no one felt that they got lesser than anyone else. There is a lot of construction going on right now but it didnt really bother us. They had a huge dumpster out back for the construction trash which someone had thrown their lunch leftovers in so we got to see a beautiful black bear rummaging through the trash which was so cool. Over all we had a fabulous trip and would absolutely stay here again with our family of 9. If I had anything that I might say wasnt perfect it would only be that the hot tub is a little small for such a large home only seats 4 people comfortably but we didnt mind we just let the ladies enjoy and the men played pool.

Our family has a fabulous time. The cabin was wonderful and so clean. Matt couldnt have been nicer or more responsive. Only suggestions would be a larger hot tub and addition of kitchen items such as larger bowls for mixing and serving, steak knives and another large pot. Lastly coffee maker is a Keurig which we prefer however we were told it had a regular coffee pot which resulted in an extra trip back to the store. Overall excellent property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place exceeded our expectations. The cabin was well furnished and provided everything we could need. Each room had its own bathroom and TV and we fit 8 people very comfortably. It was also a great location, close enough to head into town but in a quiet area.
