To enhance your vacation experience Bear Tracts is providing free admission to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer.

Smoky's Splash has everything you need to keep the entire group entertained, or relaxed! After so much to do in the area, the fun can continue day and night with your own private pool, pool table, and hot tub. Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with no steep or tight curved roads in a newly developing area. This is a resort location with other cabins nearby. A spacious 3-bedroom cabin with a Pool table and a multi-cade with 60 of your favorite old-school classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga, perfect for all ages. Relax in your own private indoor pool or have a BBQ on the grill.

Top Level (Entry Level)
1 king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower with a mountain view. A living room with a fireplace and big screen TV, a fully stocked Kitchen, and dining with seating for 10 will be found on this level. There is also a queen Sleeper for additional sleeping space.

Mid Level
The mid-level has 2 king bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combos. There is also a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The game room will keep you entertained with a pool table as well as a 60+ game arcade system featuring your favorite 80s and 90s games.

Lower Level
On the lowest level of the cabin, you will find the indoor heated pool through a secured door. Lounge by the pool for some relaxation or turn on and enjoy the game while the kids splash away. Step onto the deck and relax in the hot tub just outside the pool if you need something more therapeutic after a long day on the trails or shopping.

Pool: approx. 12x15 and 3 to 5 feet deep.

Location: 6 miles to Gatlinburg, 5 miles to the Island in Pigeon Forge strip, 5.5 miles to Ripken Experience, 8.4 miles to the National Park
Security Camera is located on the front of the cabin by the stairs.

It was a Dream Experience. We all loved our stay. Three generations of family members were enjoying themselves. If we didn’t want to go anywhere we had everything we wanted to do under one beautiful cabin. Hot tub, swimming, rocking chairs on the porch, game room. It was amazing. Thank you, for allowing us to experience this beautiful cabin.

This was a fun cabin that fit everyone’s needs! The kids had a blast in the pool, playing the retro arcade and playing some pool with the family. My husband and I love the hot tub! Everything was clean and tidy and we had enough amenities for our couple of day stay. My only complaint is I wish we would have booked another day!

We understand that pool temperatures are very subjective. we keep our pools around 82-85 give or take a little. to match up with Health and safety standards of indoor pools. Smoky's Splash Cabin was absolutely perfect for the 3 families that stayed this past weekend!! The cabin was just as pictured, it was spotless, the pool was warm, the hot tub was bubbly, the rooms were spacious, and the living area was perfect for the adults to hangout while the kids were all playing together. We had a wonderful time and hope to book this one again in the future! I do have a suggestion for the owners and thats maybe to put a few shelves in the kitchen closet for snacks that we didnt need in the fridge. Also hold your nose while showering if you are use to city water LOL the hot water can get quite stinky. But overall I would love to stay here again!!!

The cabin was very nice and convenient to attractions. The cleaning crew could use some work though. Found the remote, a tissue and a lot of dust under the bed. Also, one of the beds was off the rail causing it to sag. I notified the management company about it and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Also found a package from a razor in the shower and one of the closets by the pool was nasty.

The 7 of us had a great time.Location perfect for getting to pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. Only 10 to 15 min either way. Great view.Had a blast in the pool and Jacuzzie.Oh so awesome early morning and late at night.Only complaint was the mattresses little worn out.But still slept great with that mountain air.Must say the management was awesome.Replied very quick to every question.Great to work with.Would definitely stay again.

We can’t thank Matt and April and Bear Tracts enough for having such an outstanding vacation cabin. It is in a great location, right between and very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with breathtaking views!! We felt very safe and comfortable in the area. The cabin had plenty of room for all 8 of us and the amenities were wonderful, featuring all of the comforts of home...and then some! Our families, adults and children alike thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The cabin looked exactly as advertised in the pictures, simply gorgeous and clean!! We reached out to the owners and maintenance team for a few questions and received responses very promptly with welcoming and helpful replies. We would definitely return to this beautiful cabin, hopefully soon and have already recommended Smokys Splash to quite a few friends. With so much to do in the area and having a great place to stay, a fantastic time was had by all. Thank you again to the whole team :)

Took a road trip here with my family, and this cabin was perfect! Such a beautiful space with a great view, and was the perfect spot to get to everything we were looking to do. We hope to come back someday, and hopefully spend some more time here!

Cabin was beautiful and perfect for our group of 10. The four kids were able to sleep comfortably on the 2 pull out couches. Game room was great for the kids. Loved the pool area. The only thing this place needed was hooks in the bathrooms and in the pool area to hang towels and suits. Cabin seemed like brand new construction. Kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets. Great time in the smoky mountains!

The cabin is perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and is easy to get to. We had 4 kids with us ranging in age, and the cabin amenities kept them entertained. The pool was bigger than we expected with room for them all to play.
