A very romantic and cozy cabin, perfect for couples and honeymooners, anniversary celebrations, or for a small family getaway to the mountains. Can sleep up to 6 very comfortably. There is a King bed in the main level bedroom, a Queen bed in the upstairs loft, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Serendipity is a beautifully and meticulously decorated luxury cabin, fully loaded with all of the amenities that help create the perfect vacation! This luxury cabin is equipped with a pool table, a 60+ FREE PLAY Arcade Game with vintage games such as Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Frogger, Centipede, etc., PlayStation 2, high speed wireless internet, Premium Cable channels, assorted board games, private deck with private hot tub where you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains, a romantic Jacuzzi, flat screen TVs not to mention the cozy wood burning fireplace!

The interior of the cabin was beautifully decorated and furnished. The dishes were all very nice. The towels were very soft and looked brand new. I did have an accident while climbing the stairs to the loft. I was holding on to the railing with my right hand and had to hold on to a upright rails with my left. I dislocated my shoulder and spent the day in the hospital. I know that one railing is up to code but another one would have been very helpful. The outside of the cabin could have used a power washing and some touch ups on the furniture.

Nice cabin. Very secluded and quiet. The cabin was a bit smaller that we expected from the pictures. Please be aware the upstairs bedroom is a loft and the jacuzzi tub inside is not private.

The cabin had all we needed to cook and was comfortable.

Loft bed was horrible and need replacement so as leaving room pull out sofa.
If we are paying so much for stay then at lease we expect to sleep comfortably.
It was nice to have games.

The cabin was peaceful and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the games in the evening. And swinging on the porch was relaxing. If the cabin was upgraded with blinds that open and close, and tvs were a little more modern, and the outdoor picnic table was on a spot of the land viewing the mountains the stay wouldve been perfect.

I have stayed in several cabins over the years and I would absolutely stay here again! The drive was easy however you may need 4wd if there was ice. The location was a very short drive to pigeon forge! The cabin was clean. The pool table was in a great location! The hot tub was huge. Bonus factor is the wood fire place!

The cabin is in a great location. A good balance between privacy and access to Pigeon Forge. For our family of three (3) this property was great. The firepit and fireplace are a great feature. The kitchen is outfitted with anything you could need. The only negative was that dust was on top of the fridge and washer/dryer. The overall house cleanliness was fine, just a deep clean could be in order.

My husband and I come to TN every year to 2 yrs for our anniversary.The cabin was clean.The hot tub was clean and great.The bed was comfortable but sits very high. I'm short & had to boost myself up.A stool would be awesome for shorties like me. lol.I would recommend for colder weather,have an additional comforter instead of the thinner bed cover.Also,a cozy lap blanket for the den would be great.There is one there, but not very was great to have a well appointed kitchen;however, a new skillet for the kitchen would be good.The one there sticks very bad.There is a wonderful large jetted tub upstairs;however, it does need an endless hot water tank to make it useable.You can only fill it just to the jets and the hot water runs out.The cabin was well equipped with start up supplies.The pool table & game console were fun.A short pool stick for corners would be a great addition.A decorated Christmas tree for this time of year would also be a nice touch. All in all,the cabin was clean and comfortable with a very pretty view.

We really enjoyed this cabin and the whole rental experience was great. It was just my husband and myself and it was perfect and had room for us to bring our kids next time. Nice, secluded, cabin with a nice view. Close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but far enough away to enjoy the sounds of nature and quiet of the mountains. The cabin was nice and clean with modern updates but still with a log cabin feel.

what a nice cabin. stayed here with my daughter and grandkids. everyone enjoyed every minute of vacation! the cabin was perfectly located for privacy but close to all attractions. It had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely stay again when I go back to Tennessee.

We enjoyed our four day stay at the cabin. The area was very peaceful. The free daily tickets was a big bonus and the cabin isn't too far away from the local attractions - it's the perfect distance. The communication of the owners and company in general is top notch. They're responsive and are sure to send you reminders at the beginning and end of your stay. The cabin does have some typical/normal wear and tear but nothing extreme or major. We also enjoyed the arcade games and pool table in the cabin in addition to just being able to relax on the rockers or swing on the porch as well as the jacuzzi. We'd definitely rent this cabin again or through Bear Tracts in general.

Had a great experience staying here April 2023! Our two girls ages 12 & 14 were in awe of the cabin! Enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and video games. Close enough to everything we did in the Smokeys, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

A wonderful cabin for 4 friends to celebrate our 50th anniversaries! Cabin was extremely clean, well stocked, nice decor, plenty of seating in front of the fireplace, mattress in main bedroom was excellent, and appliances were in great condition with crock pot and instapot. Bedroom lighting was a little dim for our aging eyes but certainly not a deal breaker. A flashlight might be something to bring along bc it’s dark after sunset. Wi-Fi and TV reception was excellent during our stay! Trapper Ridge Lane is a short, curvy, steep road. But then it’s The Smokey Mtns. You come for the views which we loved. It felt secluded yet only took 3-5 minutes to Pigeon Forge for fun and food. Bad weather might make access to this cabin a little “iffy”. Great Wi-Fi and TV reception!! Would definitely recommend this cabin!

We really enjoyed the cabin especially the hot tub on the front porch. The view from it was amazing. I wish we would have had wood for the fireplace but that’s the only thing we were disappointed with. It’s very cute and cozy!

This is by far the best managed cabin I have ever rented. I am so happy that I booked this one. I will continue to just use Bear Tracts for my cabin rentals. Cabin was obviously professionally cleaned and in immaculate condition. My husband made the comment while in the hot tub, how clean the water felt, only to later read how after each stay the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled. Communication was great as well. If I had one complaint it would only be that I wish the tv was angled a little differently so it is easily seen from all sides of the couch. Other than that, this couldn't be a better more cared for cabin. Oh and for those like me scared of the steep roads, this was a simple little small hike up but still very private.

This home is exactly as the pics show. Everything was clean and tidy. Very close to pigeon forge, with Gatlinburg not far away! Beautiful view from the front porch / hot tub area. Wish we could post pics! Many games. Enjoyed having the campfire outside - but waited until after a rain due to fire restrictions. Loved the pool table and video games. Great place to make wonderful memories. Would like to see a couple of new frying pans. The old ones stick like crazy. And a saucepan that is about the size for Mac and cheese is needed. Otherwise the kitchen was stocked perfectly.

Everything was perfect.... I love the cabin, it’s very cozy and welcoming. I would love to live there!! It is well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. I slept better there than I do at home. Everything was very functional. I loved making a fire, listening to music and shooting pool all in the same room. The hot tub was a great plus. Definitely going back in the fall

It was delightful! Such a peaceful area, just far enough away from the exciting recreational area of Pigeon Forge, Tn to let you enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. There was everything in the cabin you could ask for, from every kitchen gadget to dvd players at every tv, video games, pool table, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, fire place. It was Christmas time when we visited and the cabin was decorated so nicely. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Never seen anyone from the property management, you get all the instructions online and let yourself in. If you have any problems someone is a phone call away. It was an awesome cabin!

The cabin was nice and secluded in the woods. When we showed up in December there was higher temps which may have caused the swarm of ladybugs and wasps inside the cabin. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels because the ones provided are so cheap and not really used because of lack in quality. They also require you to leave the thermostat at 68 in winter months. I was a little chilly at times, but was ok with putting on a heavier coat. The shower curtain was also ripped on both sides (cheap material) and made it hard to shower without getting water on the floor. The pool table served as very little use and took up a lot of space. And I wished the outside views were more of the mountains; but during Christmas it was nice seeing the cabins in the woods lit up with Christmas displays.

Manager's Response

While we appreciate all of our feedback sometimes a little clarification is needed. Yes, the warm weather will activate insects that have been preparing for winter. It's something we deal with in a private, true log cabin in the woods. It doesn't happen every day and we do have a monthly pest control. However, nature cannot always be controlled. We are happy to provide a starter pack of paper products to our guests. We hate these items didn't pass your quality standards. The thermostat request of 68 is only when you are departing your stay from the cabin. We feel these instructions are very clear but will review them to ensure that everyone fully understands them. Our shower curtains have been replaced and we would have been happy to do this had we been informed during your stay. The pool table in the living area and the views are enjoyed by most of our guests. We hate you couldn't enjoy the cabin in the way it is advertised. The photos are not altered or shopped in any way. We recommend reviewing the photos of your desired vacation spot a little closer to make sure you have the experience you are looking for.

Cute cabin and private!! There are other cabins near you but there's a good distance between them and lots of trees. The drive up to the cabin was not too steep. Husband played pool and pac-man every night and we enjoyed the hot tub. Only negative was the water pressure was low but I assume all cabins are like that. At least the water did not smell like Sulphur. We would definitely stay here again.

A great location that gives you quick access to shopping and local attractions yet seems very remote at the end of the day with and amazing view from the Porch. The cabin was well furnished and clean. I hope I can come back in the future and stay longer.

This cabin is beautiful! The images do not do it justice. The place is clean. I think that the rule to not lower the AC lower than 73*. the place stays hot and there are no fans for in the bedroom downstairs. All-In-All, we will probably stay here again.

We just came back from an amazing getaway at Beartracts 77. It was sufficiently remote without being very far from all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Personally, Pigeon Forge and all of its “tourist trap” attractions really aren’t my thing. So we spent most of our time up in the cabin itself. Between the views from the large deck to the hot tub on the deck to the pool table and gaming system inside the cabin, we weren’t bored for a second. We would definitely return to this cabin, and will on our next trip to Tennessee!!

This was a perfect family vacation! The cabin is beautiful and just as described. I loved drinking coffee on the swing every morning, its sheer bliss!

Great family vacation, we enjoyed the surrounding activities and the complimentary tickets were out to great use!

Last thing, loved playing games at night w/the family over a great BBQ dinner. We cant wait to come back here - I think we may make this an annual trip!

Beautiful mountain cabin. This cabin is very pretty. The view was amazing! The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The kids love the video game and pool table! It is at the very very top of this mountain!! The road to get there is very steep and the road is windy. Please drive slow on your way up!!!

We absolutely love this cabin and we have decided that this cabin is our home away from home when it comes to the smokies! It is always spotless upon arrival! It has absolutely everything you need! We have been going to Gatlinburg for 5 years and this is such a clean cabin and by far the cleanest we have stayed in. Also owners are so accommodating and fast to response to communication. I would highly recommend this cabin!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! It was super clean when we arrived! It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the bedrooms! The hot tub on the deck is such a plus after a long day of activities in the surrounding towns! There is also a pool table, game station, and tons of games throughout the house for kids! Any questions we had, were immediately answered by Matt via text (Matt replies in like 2 minutes or less each time)! I highly recommend staying here! I have shared the link to this cabin with atleast 10 of my friends already! We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay! We will MOST DEFINITELY be back in the future!

Excellent accommodations. Beautiful cabin with pool and gaming tables. enjoyed the view from the front porch morning and evenings as well. the hot tub was especially good following our 8 mile hike on the Ramseys Cascade trail. Appreciate the timely communication using the Hospitality app and quick response when we discovered our coffee pot was broken! We as a family, highly recommend Bear Tracts and would live to come back soon!

Super responsive host. Great location- close to the National park and to town. Beautiful views. This is a semi-secluded cabin (most are right next to each other). You will pass other cabins on the private road but you are up on a hill by yourself and you can't see other cabins from there. We'll be back!

This is our first Airbnb experience and we did not know what to think or expect. The cabin was really clean upon entrance everything was exactly as described and it was easy access. Its a very nice and quiet place to get away and that is close to everything. The Papa Johns delivery guy will even come up to the mountain. It is a Windee road but it is safe. This cabin is perfect for our three person family. The kitchen has all modern appliances pots and pans etc. The washer and dryer is located upstairs and the upstairs has a standalone shower and whirlpool tub. The upstairs queen bed bedroom is loft style with no door. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is very comfortable and it has a detached master bathroom. The kitchen is right outside the master. The hot tub, the long deck and porch swing made it a very relaxing place to stay.

This was our first time renting a cabin in the Smokies. We could not have asked for a better experience. Location was secluded and private but within a good distance to all our activities. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked
for 'cooking at home'. Beds were comfortable. Customer service was informative through the use of an app on our phones.


There is also an amazing tiny restaurant down the road called Boss Hogs BBQ. Some of the best BBQ we've had.

The front door not being able to lock from the inside is a major issue. We had a 16 month old with us and there is no way to keep him inside. He was constantly opening the door. This really needs to be re-evaluated or you need to install a chain lock like is located on the back door.

I would also suggest your house cleaning crew provide a sponge for doing dishes. There was nothing to wash dishes with except 1 of the 2 dish rags provided. There were ample towels provided in the bathrooms however only one cup towel in the kitchen. I would definitely provide more than one of those.

There were also 4 dead scorpions in the home and I killed 3 lives ones. This also needs to be addressed.

The check out time is a bit unrealistic. I understand the turn around for cleaning crew but your entire last morning in the cabin is unenjoyable with a 10am check out.

Overall, we were very pleased with the cabin and would stay again as long as the front door was fixed.

Cabin was super clean, well stocked and exceeded all expectations. Property owners were nice enough to check in with us over the weekend to make sure everything was satisfactory, and provided direct contact information in case there were any problems. We will definitely be booking with these owners again in the near future!
