Beautiful views from house. Large enough for our group of five kids and two teens, and five adults. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Soaking spa was a perk after busy days in the Smoky Mountains or in Gatlinburg. Game room was fun for family except Mario Kart wasn’t working. I understand a part was being ordered for it.

Great views and family cabin! We used for a family retreat (three families). The drive is a little harrowing as the roads are very narrow but the views and spacious cabin make up for it. Games a plenty for the kids and nice TVs for family movie nights. Hosts over communicate so you’ll never be uninformed. Excellent experience

The pictures are incredible but they still do not capture just how beautiful this place is. You will have a hard time finding a better place to view the sunsets over the Smokey Mountains. Watching the smoke roll in over the mountains in the morning was truly a sight to behold. The property is stunning and the hosts are incredibly gracious and responsive. We have nothing but positive things to say. We are all very thankful to have been able to stay here.

Pine Top Paradise was everything we hoped it would be. The views from the many decks were breathtaking, especially at sunset. The game room and swim spa provided plenty of entertainment. Communication was excellent from the time we booked until we checked out. Five stars is not enough to reflect how perfect everything was. I highly recommend Bear Tracts for anyone looking to spend time in the Gatlinburg area!

We had a great weekend. It was just me and my husband with our toddler. The cabin was exactly the setup that we needed. We had a blast in the arcade room. The swim spa was fun for me and my husband after the kid went to bed. We were able to watch the TN football game on Saturday with no problems. We never left the cabin. Grilled out both nights. We never seen any bears but read that they were in the yard the day before. The sunsets were magical from the deck!

My wife and I had a couple days and wanted to see the beautiful fall colors in Gatlinburg. What a beautiful invigorating experience we had. The view from the cabin at 805 Pine top is just stunning. We could not have been happier with all of the amenities and the customer service we received from the property management group Bear Tracts. We did have a few questions upon arrival, and even after hours they were more than happy to help us. I would recommend Pinetop Paradise to anybody. It is truly a stunning property.

I think I can sum it up when my 4 year old said "I don't like our home anymore, I want to live in our new mountain home". This cabin is perfect in everyway. Has every amenity and entertainment one could want while on vacation. The cabin was very well kept and spacious enough for 3 - 4 families. The kids could not get enough of the arcade, pool table or hot tub. Our vacation was a delight.

Was told the cabin was decorated by management. We only wanted to rent a cabin that was decorated. We show up and nothing. Called management company and was told the owner changed his mind a week before we showed up and didn’t want to put up a tree. We didn’t get a call or any compensation for this. Had to buy a tree and decorations so our child could open his presents under a tree. We should be refunded the money we spent on the tree and decorations . When you pay 15k for a cabin that’s normally 3-4K the owner should make sure he does what he says he is going to do! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

Firstly we are glad you found the cabin clean and everything functional. We are also very happy you stayed warm and with power and water through one of the craziest winter storms we have had in numerous years. We hate to have been dinged so harshly for the lack of a tree. This cabin changed owners in 2022 and our staff did not know the new owner chose not to decorate for Christmas. We take your feedback seriously and have taken this as a learning experience. We will be labeling cabins in 2023 by September 30th that will be decorated for Christmas. Thanks for staying.

Our families had such a great time here. The kiddos loved the pool table and the arcade, and so did the adults! You can’t get a better view either. We can’t wait to visit again. The hosts were great to work when we had an issue with the hot tub and sent someone out to help fix the problem. Can’t wait to visit here again!

I have rented countless cabins and homes in G'burg over the past 15 years. This is an EXCELLENT home for a larger family retreat. We had 15 family members in the home for a full week and no one was ever bored!!!The beds were very comfortable. The furniture also comfortable. The game room is outstanding!! Only two things I would comment on negatively: 1) The "pay it forward" program on the propane tanks. Both tanks were empty when we arrived, the mgmt company quickly released the code for us to get two full bottles, so all was good. My complaint here is simply that for the amount of money I spent on this rental and the quality of the home, this policy is a bit cheap. Fine home, market price,,,, supply the propane and move on.... 2) the TV. There was no basic cable type packages in the home. Thanksgiving week football was something we planned to do but could not because there was no way to access any of the games with the packages on the TV's.

My cabin was beautiful! I fell in loooove soon as I walked in ! So happy I chose this one ! Huge enough for everyone in the house! I was so happy to reunite with family, and all of us were able to kick back, relax, and enjoy a beautiful view of the gorgeous mountains and see the beautiful fall colors of the leaves on the trees just right out back on the balcony. Every single floor had a marvelous view, at the very top of the mountain ! I wish I could have stayed, I felt so at home ! We loved the cabin so much we spent more time there enjoying family time! Overall great place to vacay, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg also give you plenty of eventful adventures on each strip! There is something new to do everyday!

This was the easiest vacation I have ever booked. Everything went smoothly and was worry free. The chalet was beautiful inside and the view was simply stunning. Every morning I sat on the deck in total peace and quiet watching the “smoke” rise off the mountains. We were visited several times during our stay by a black bear and her three cubs. Watching the cubs play in the yard was amazing. The chalet was also close to the arts and crafts community which made for a great day exploring. Access to all the attractions was a small but easy drive and we appreciated being so close to restaurants and a large grocery store. We would definitely book this rental again.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our family. We were looking to dial out and be in nature. The game room was an added bonus for the kids. And, the massive hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. Lots of space, everything we needed. We wanted to be out of gatlinburg which is about 30 mins away but, close enough to go there. We also did zip lining down the street at climb works. Was a perfect stay. I would highly recommend and we would absolutely come back again.

This cabin and location are beautiful. We had issues with the hot tub and a few of the arcade games on Day 1 which was disappointing. These were some of the main reasons we chose this cabin. I wouldn't mention it if the issues had been addressed on the same day. For these prices, I would expect they would be checked before arrival.

Thank you for your feedback. The 3 star review is disappointing given the arcade issues were caused by not following the specific step by step instructions provided in the app. The hot tub is maintained by a professional cleaning company. After speaking with you and the steps you took upon yourself to adjust the swim spa, prior to reaching out to us, prevented the hot tub temp from exceeding 95 degrees. We are happy we were able to get someone out the next morning to correct it and it was usable that night. We understand the rating was the result of not compensating you for the issues you had per our discussion.

The house and views are perfect. Tons of room for everyone, kids down stairs parents upstairs and didnt hear each other! The mountain roads are no joke, but even in a 9 passenger van it was easy to travel! Communication was fantastic with owners. Our only issue was the sheets in the room with the raccoon face, they kept slipping off. Everything else was perfect! We did not see bears as we had wished for (not in season) so we will definitely be back! We cooked at the property every night, very happy with grill! We did not expect the neighbors house to be close, but even with being next door, it wasn't an inconvenience! The drive to PF or Gatlinburg wasn't bad.

This was our family’s Thanksgiving/Christmas for the kids and grandkids as they live in other states. AMAZING!!!!! EVERYTHING! I mean EVERYTHING was perfect!!! 10 Stars! 8 Adults and 5 kids all had a great time! The VIEWS will blow you away! We decided to stay in most evenings and cook and enjoy the views! Saw the local bear a few times and that was fun! DO NOT FEED THEM! Very Clean! The swim spa was "off the charts"! and the Arcade was a big hit for everyone. Wine & the fire pit is a must nightly!Already getting our dates for next year. The management Company is top notch! 8 visits to the smokies over the years and by far the best cabin we ever stayed at! Well done owners!!!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful & the view is amazing, highly recommend 100%! We had 8 adults & 1 child, there was so much space for everyone & then some. The cabin was spotless. We saw a bear everyday we were there except for 2. The cleaning service was running behind so we had to wait an extra hour to get to the cabin but they accommodated us by a late check out. We were first timers to Tennessee & weren't fully prepared on how we would need to get to the cabin because it is up in the mountains. We timed it & it took around 7 minutes but it is so worth it! Would definitely stay here again & hope to in the future.

The View, the view, the view! We had 8 adults and 6 children all under 5 in our party and this cabin was incredibly quiet, which was very unexpected. Early risers never woke the late sleepers and when the children played downstairs it never overwhelmed the adults relaxing upstairs. The game room was a lot of fun and the hot tub/mini pool was exquisite! I would highly recommend this cabin and wished we had even a few more days!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 14 to 18. There was so much for everyone to do. Kids enjoyed the game room and pool table. Everyone took advantage of the swim spa after a long day out and about. The views were spectacular and spent a great deal of time sitting on the deck and even saw various wildlife. Great hosts!

We had a spectacular stay at Pine Top Paradise. This cabin accommodated our multi-family group of 11 with ease. Upon walking in, we were greeted with amazing mountain views and the smell of a newer and very clean cabin. The game room was a hit for both kids and adults. The hot tub was clean and spacious. Please be aware that there is a mama and baby bear that frequently visit around this cabin which created some exciting memories for us. We would not hesitate to book this cabin again. It was a pleasure to book and interact with Bear Tracts.

Keeping with the rustic feel that all the cabins in the smokies should possess, but adding modern amenities that make this location stand out above any I’ve ever stayed in before. Perfect views. The whole stay was amazing. The views were second to none and the kids had a blast downstairs watching movies and playing in the arcade (and they weren't the only ones in the arcade room). We had a questions throughout the stay and Matt (and team) from Bear Tracts were extremely responsive. They really made us feel very comfortable and at home. Big thank you to Matt and the team. The house was clean and just amazing. Would highly recommend.

This cabin was great. Highly recommend booking! We had three families and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the game room and swim spa. The only negative comment I have is the drive up to the cabin. It is definitely a mountain road with steep inclines, blind curves, and narrow passes. Overall we would love to book this cabin again.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful, everything is brand new and the view is breathtaking. It was the perfect size for our group of ten. There was so much to do on the cabin, everyone was entertained. The hot tub is huge! Fit everyone in it comfortably and has bluetooth and lights which was a lot of fun.

This cabin is awesome. Our family (from 4 different locations) thoroughly enjoyed our time together. There was so much to do at the cabin, from shooting pool and playing video games to relaxing in the swim-spa/hot tub.

This was one of the best vacations we’ve had! Good food, great friends and the view is amazing!! However the Cabin is out of this world!!! From the wonderful beds, the fun game room with so many choices to play and to top it off the amazing swim Spa!!! Hot TUB on OVERLOAD and such a fun way to end the evening! We loved that there is so much space and different levels that although all our friends could come together, we also had room to not feel crowded at all! We cant wait to bring our family here!
