Excellent experience with the property management company! Free tickets to area attractions was a huge bonus and so easy to use. The cabin location was great. I had to work from the cabin for a couple days and the wifi was ok and the game room kept my spouse busy. The hot tub was so nice. The rain falling on the trees was music to our ears. You will not regret staying in this cabin. Will definitely consider staying here again when visiting the area.

This cabin had great amenities with the pool table, air hockey and games. We had all the kitchen amenities needed. The layout was odd with the heart shaped jacuzzi on the lower level with the bunk beds but otherwise it was fine. Location was very central to Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Forge attractions.

This is the second time weve booked with Matt and Abby. The first time we stayed in Serendipity, this time was Mountain Dreams. Both cabins were beautiful, clean, comfy and cozy. We plan on booking with them on any trip we take to the Sevierville area. We even got to see a mama bear and two cubs! 10/10 experience.

This cabin is beautiful. This was the second time we have booked with Bear Tracts and each time we have been beyond pleased. It’s incredibly clean (literally looks brand new) and so cozy. It’s one of the cheapest rentals we’ve been able to find. And we even got the pleasure of seeing a mama bear, her two cubs, and a young male bear!! Perfect cabin, highly recommend.

This is the first time we’ve ever booked directly through a rental company, we normally use VRBO so I wasn’t sure what to expect communication wise but I am so glad we booked direct! We were always up to date on our trip, always informed on various need to know regarding our stay and etc. The cabin had a beautiful view and was had exactly everything we needed for our trip. It was clean, well stocked, and was in an excellent location to downtown. Highly, highly recommended staying at Mountain Dreams and booking through Bear Tracts vacation rentals!

Perfect spot for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool table, air hockey and video game! All the TVs are smart so we were able to stream from our providers. Only things that were not so great is the dishwasher is not properly attached to the counter so when loading larger items it wanted to lean and move. Hot water goes quickly when taking a shower. Maybe be able to get two quick showers in before it runs out so plan accordingly.

We did get to see some bears in the neighborhood good and that made the trip for us!

Overall, we were very pleased for a family of three staying for four nights. We thought the unit was incredibly clean upon our arrival and when I called to talk about an issue with a TV remote, the staff was incredibly helpful trying to assist (We were able to fix it). Loved the arcade and the pool table and our daughter loved using the jacuzzi tub. We liked the location and the directions to arrive were easy to follow. The property was exactly as described in the description and photos. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable (Seems newly replaced from recent other reviews).

That said, there were just a few small things I'd suggest replacing/repairing. The Air hockey table just doesn't blow enough air (You can play it, but it definitely has a lot of dead spots). The mattress in the sofa bed, most definitely needs to be replaced. Our 10-year old slept on it one night and it was super thin and she was uncomfortable. (Any adult would hate sleeping on it). Lastly, the hot tub on the deck has seen better days. The inside was clean and the water relaxing, but it was in rougher shape on the outside (The cover in particular). Overall we enjoyed our trip and I'd stay again.

This cabin has all you could ask for. The king bed/pillows in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Twin/twin bunk and pull out in the game room was perfect for my 3 teenagers. This is located on the far side of Gatlinburg which was very convenient to the park. Also convenient to Pigeon Forge.

Enjoyed our stay at cabin. Very comfortable. Outstanding communication. This was my first time renting through an app. Experienced no problems. A couple of minor things that could make your stay better. Kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils but could not find a spatula. No alarm clock in bedroom, bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the gaming area downstairs. The pool table definitely sloops from one side to the other, should be leveled. The air hockey table didn’t have enough air to move the puck. Probably nothing can be done about it. Hot tub was excellent. I would stay again if I have the chance.

Morning walks around the grounds which was great cardio with all the hills. We liked at tons of cabins in the area before booking and we were very pleased with our selection of this one. The location is perfect for popping quickly into downtown gatlenberg. Took us about 3-5 mins. Easily located. Great WiFi. Doordash even delivered to us! We also used the free ticket option and it was easy to use.

We had a great time. The cabin was beautiful. Perfect setup for our older family of 5. Kids had the basement and we had the upstairs bath. Whole cabin was spotless. Beds were comfortable but I’d suggest new linens! Ours were scratchy and see through. Water pressure was amazing. Hot tub was refreshing and the games kept the kids (and us) entertained when we just wanted to hang back. I loved the porch swings and the breakfast area outside. I took my coffee there every morning. It was my favorite place. The couches were comfortable and well broken in. We didn’t cook much in the kitchen but it was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was an added bonus and even there we were there a week that had 100 degree temps the water was ice cold and not refreshing at all and the “whirlpool” was similar. The bathroom facilities there were out of soap and toilet paper. Directions were spot on. We liked the Xplorie options and used them a few times! We were grateful to save a little money!

Overall, we had a great stay. The location was perfect! My kiddos really enjoyed the games and hot tub. The view was okay. I do want to mention a few things. The light in the hot tub was not working. There was no trash can in the upstairs bathroom. The king mattress really needs replacing. My fiancé slept on the couch because it was more comfortable. I would recommend adding another privacy wall on the left side of the lower deck (where the hot tub is located). I would also recommend putting a small table near the hot tub. With an updated mattress, I would recommend this cabin.

I had my first road trip after the loss of my husband with our six kids and it was amazing I really had a relaxing time at the cabin. The hot tub was soothing. The cabin was very clean and comfy and it just really helped me to get some rest and reflect on my life my future and just really spending quality time with our children.

We stayed here for two nights. Upon arrival everything was extremely clean. It is the perfect little cabin for a couple getaway. We especially loved playing pool and the arcade game in the downstairs.
