A Beary Special Chalet is a newly constructed, gorgeous 6-bedroom, 5 full bath and 2 half bath cabin rental featuring 4,300 square feet of space. Built-in 2022, the fully equipped luxury cabin is thoughtfully designed with beautiful wood features indoors and out. The oversized deck with gas fire-pit provides private wooded experiences and a perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind at sunset.

Located in Thunder Mountain Resort and just 4.5 miles to the Island in Pigeon Forge and 11 miles from downtown Gatlinburg! This home rental offers coveted convenience to a laundry list of local amenities.

Onsite features include a private indoor heated gunite pool, with a center seating island and circulation and creates a lazy river effect around the center island. Hot tub, air hockey table, arcade room, flat-screen TVs throughout and tasteful, hand-selected furnishings.

The main floor of the cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, and living room. The king-size bed bedroom suite has an HDTV, a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub! The queen-bed bedroom and king-bed bedroom each offers a flat-screen TV and a private vanity, with a shared bathroom with stand-up shower. The living room also features a large HDTV, an electric fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for added sleeping arrangements. The dining room features seating for 18 at the dining table and an additional 5 at the bar.

Downstairs find the indoor pool and gaming area, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (1 Queen, and 2 Kings), and 3.5 bathrooms. There is also a Queen over Queen bunk and a queen futon for additional sleeping accommodations in the arcade area. Bring back the nostalgia and beat your high score on multiple arcade games. 2 bedrooms offer a king size bed and an HDTV. with private vanity and a Jack and Jill shower while the remaining bedroom has a queen with private full bath.

The Perfect Cabin!!!

My husband and I booked this cabin for my in-laws and we had the best Labor Day Weekend ever! The cabin was able to host all 18 of us. Each family had a room and bed to sleep in. The game room and indoor pool was amazing for the kids (7 total). Everyone had an absolute blast! The kitchen was fully stocked with a complete set of dishes and cookware. The outdoor deck was amazing! We saw two black bears. The hospitality app was extremely helpful. The kids did override the game room lol and maintenance was very helpful in assisting us to locate the breaker box. I would recommend A Beary Special Chalet to anyone who is looking to stay in a luxurious cabin. It was absolutely worth it!

We stay in the area a few times per year, but this was my family’s favorite cabin! My children (6 & 12 years old) loved the games, the pool, and having a bunkbed to sleep in. The location is ideal. Easy to get to, close to town, and not isolated, but quiet. We only stayed for a few nights this trip, but would have been comfortable for a longer stay there. The cabin had everything you’d need, with lots of room to spread out. The pool is the main reason for us choosing this cabin and my boys loved it. It was deep enough for adults to float, but shallow enough for my 12 year old to stand. The temperature felt great and there was plenty of room for multiple people. My kids have already asked to stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our family of 16 (ages 70s to 17 months)! Beautiful spacious & comfortable home with plenty to do for all. Loved the huge covered deck where we could enjoy outdoors & little one could roam. Kids enjoyed the game room, pool & theater room. Fairly close to hiking trails & amenities.

A beary Special Chalet is beary special!! Our family had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was clean and spacious for our family of 13. The teens loved the pool and the hot tub. We had a few maintenance requests after we got there and they were nice, quick and attentive!! We will definitely book with Bear Tracts again for our next trip to Pigeon Forge!!!

This cabin is in new condition, heavy durable furniture, and clean. Kitchen with dishes, and enough accessories to make meals easily. Video games were a hit. Hot tub amazing. Deck was nice - no mountain view and pollen/dust covered but it was a chilly spring week. Very disappointed in the pool temperature. Thermometer reading was low. Maintenance insisted the thermometer was broke and the water was 84. Not possible. I couldn't swim with the kids as planned, and even the kids who are very hardy had goose bumps and chattering teeth. Location is very close to the National Park and all the attractions. Not much of a yard for the kids to run off energy and the road is a big incline to walk with them, but we found a nice local park. Trash pick up was requested but only happened once for the week- so it had piled up, but the rental company was apologetic and tried to help. Beds were comfortable. Maybe bring an extra blanket in cold months. Suggest bringing hangers. Rental company told us the crib in the pictures had been removed, but it was there. Hair dryers were a nice surprise. Good large group cabin.

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental. We have not rented from Bear Tracts before so we were a little nervous that the pictures wouldn’t match the real life version but that was not the case! The cabin was beautiful and laid out very nice. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor it was nice for older people in our party to not have to go up and down a million stairs. The only suggestion I would have is more outside trash space. For a 6 bedroom cabin only having 2 small trash bins just wasn’t enough.

Property description is perfect, we had a great family vacation! The kids loved the arcades, private pool and theater room! Outdoor fire pit was great when we were able to keep it lit (it kept going out unless we held the button in for quite some time). Our only recommendation would be a larger trash bin outside, since the cabin holds so many guests, trash filled up quickly. Property was well-maintained, but the cleaning crew could be a little more efficient (i.e. hair on shower wall, used q-tip on bathroom floor in the corner). Overall, great cabin for a family vacation!

Fourteen members of our family ages 2 - 72 had a wonderful experience staying @ A Beary Special Chalet. What a beautiful place with arcade for the teens to enjoy between group activities. My favorite was the extensive patio, where we could all hang out. There was plenty of room for 2-year old to run his laps around the perimeter as well. Everyone was happy!

What a great place to spend some quality time with our kids after the end of the long school year! We take this trip every year and typically head to the beach, but we changed it up a bit this year and headed to the mountains! The house was a fantastic place to call home base! Between the pool, hot tub, arcade and movie room there was something to do for all ages (7-17)! The house was in fantastic condition, the porch was an amazing retreat in the evening and we enjoyed seeing some of the local wildlife wandering around (raccoons and a black bear)! All beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen/grill was perfect for making larger meals for the entire group! The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the close proximity to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! Thanks for contributing to a memorable weekend for a group of dads and all their kids! We survived and came back with everyone...albeit a bit exhausted!

Wonderful vacation! The cabin was absolutely fantastic. Enjoyed the deck each day and night. Kids spent so much time in the game room and the pool! We even saw a bear who walked up towards the cabin. The location was perfect no complaints whatsoever! each of our family members were amazed at the beauty of it! Even had movie nights! The weather was not great but the cabin surely made up for it. Very greatful for this cabin! Would not hesitate to stay again! Been going to Gatlinburg multiple times and nothing compared to this cabin!

We had a great family stay. Place was perfect. Adults could stay upstairs and visit while the kids could be downstairs playing games (lots of golden Tee was played) and swimming. Lots of room to hang out. We loved the large porch which is were we ate every night! The gas fireplace on the porch was used every night.
Pool area smelled like chlorine alot the first night and no windows to open up to air out. Better after the first few days. Hot tub was great (cover was messed up but still worked). Video games were great. Movie room was perfect and used every night.
When I needed something it was easy to text and get a fast response. Trash was full fast and I would have to text every day to come empty. Would be better to just have a system automatically to grab trash every day.
Road is windy to get there but it was a beautiful walk along the road as we would walk every day. Fun to see the area.
Overall it was a great vacation and fun to have all the cousins have a place to gather and hang out together.

We had our family at this Chalet. Everything that is shown in the pictures is just like you see it. The covered deck and fire is perfect for sitting and enjoying the evening. It is huge and has tons of nice outdoor seating. The pool got used way more than I expected and the game room was great. The other thing that should not be forgotten is that it is right down the street from the Island. It is the best cabin in the best location that we have ever stayed in.

This was a perfect spot for our fifteen people! It served as a great base of operations for trips into SMNP, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. We had some trouble with electronics in various ways, but they tried to get them rectified, and I blame it on just being a relatively new property. We didn't use the pool much, but that is mostly due to our schedule. We did appreciate that it was securable for the littler members of our group. We would likely stay here again if we were to return to the Smokies.

With our group of 15 we were worried about space. But when we arrived there were no more concerns about that. The property accommodated all of us with room to spare. All the rooms were just what we needed and then some. Loved our time on the deck it was great for hanging out and catching up with family. Will be looking to book this property again.

This was my family's first trip to Tennessee. The house was very clean. The internet was a little slow but we spent most of our time in town. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the pool table and pin ball machine.

Our family of 16 had the best time.There is something for everyone in your family to do here.We ordered our groceries in.this way you don’t have to get out.Over half the family never left the cabin.The pool was awesome the game room had so many games on them you could play for hours.the covered deck was amazing.The Ugg bedding was the Bomb great choice .This was the best mini vacation we have had in a long time.also the contact people was amazing quick response to any questions and very easy to work with.

We go to the Gatlinburg area often, and this was by far the best cabin we have stayed in. Easy to get to Pigeon Forge, great amenities, amazing beds, and beautiful view. Will definitely be staying again!

We had a nice time staying at this home, brand new! the manager was very helpful through an unusual occurrence of fire in the area, requiring us to evacuate for a few days. We were able to get back in and they say they will refund us 2 days. Everything was beautiful, well stocked kitchen, loved the pool, hot tub and arcade room for the kids and adults. My adult children and families took advantage of many of the attractions while my husband and I had enjoyed hiking. Family time at chimneys picnic area was the highlight of our visit.

beautiful brand new house!! well stocked, lots of activities! Management was very helpful with local issue... fire in neighborhood... was missing those little things renters leave behind like salt and pepper, so we left some. Pool and tub great, arcade fun!
