Our cabins are not corporate-owned inventory but are owned by individuals like yourself with day jobs. They love the Smokies and wanted to invest in the area to provide accommodation allowing others to experience the area they fell in love with. They also depend on rentals to pay mortgages, utility expenses, and the proper upkeep of their cabin. Cancellations with the inability to rebook the cabin put a strain on the ability to do that. As such we have developed a moderate cancellation policy which is listed below. If you need the ability to cancel last second and with a 100% refund you may want to consider "travel insurance", which is not included in the quote.
Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund
- Bookings canceled at least 14-29 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings canceled less than 13 days before arrival are not entitled to a refund.
