We are excited to bring you this inclusive 3 king bedroom, 4 bath, (and a bunk for the kiddies) cabin that sleeps you and 11 of your friends and family. Rock back on the deck and take in the gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains. Catch glimpses of the Eagles as they soar in and out of the treetops. Immerse in the hot tub after a long day of.... so many things to do in this area, too many to list! Stay entertained in the spacious game room with a friendly game of pool, kick back and watch a movie on the big screen. Let's not forget Golden Tee for you avid golf lovers, multi-cade for a walk back in time, and Air Hockey for the kids of all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Grill masters, have no fear, we've got you covered too with a charcoal grill located by the front porch. You won't need to leave, better yet, you won't want to.

Relax in the cozy living room featuring a stone, electric fireplace, a couch, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for cocktails and laughs.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 3 bedrooms — each with a flat screen TV. Choose from 3 King Beds, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas (one in the living room and one in the game room) or a twin over twin bunk bed in the upstairs game room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

We ran to Gatlinburg to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and took my in laws & kids along. The Easy Livin cabin gave us enough room to stretch out and be alone when we wanted, but we were all still together.
The game room was nice for the kids and adults alike. We liked how it was close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The drive up to the cabin is fine. I would feel comfortable driving it in the winter also.

Over all it was a great experience and would go again.

Cabin was just as shown in pictures. It was neat and clean. Plenty of space. Nicely decorated. Nice entertainment area - but wish the big screen TV in the recreation room would have supported TV or Streaming. Poker table and chairs were pretty worn out and could use to be replaced. Beautiful views and nice swings on porches. Good convenience to town - both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Really enjoyed our stay - would book this again.

The place was beautiful. We had 11 people and there was enough room for everyone. My only complaint would be the air-conditioning unit for upstairs was broke but they had a portable unit that helped. I called the people about that and she told me the part was being ordered. The lady gave me suggestions on how to make it cooler and it helped a lot. The views were breath taking. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the mountains.

From the moment we walked in the door we knew that this was the experience that we had hoped for.
The cabin was clean and well appointed. there was ample space in the 3rd floor game room for the entire family to gather and the view from the 3rd floor balcony was beautiful.
Proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was perfect.
We received a welcome text shortly after checking, another text about half way through our stay to see if we needed anything and a thank you text upon
departure.
I'd like to thank the owners for allowing us to use their beautiful cabin and the
management company for making sure that we knew that they were available should any problems have arisen.
We look forward to staying with them in the future

Downstairs was extremely cold- never got warm. We asked a maintenance person to come check it out. He didn’t help the situation at all.
The HVAC system needs some attention!!!
Would be nice to have an extra roll or two of paper towels. One roll for 10 people for 4 days doesn’t go very far.
Overall, a good experience.

My entire family met in the smokies and stayed at the Easy Livin! It was very clean an no odor! There were 6 adults and 4 kids and we all were able to have our own bath and bedroom which made for great comfort! Lots of things to do for entertainment. This is our 2nd year coming to the area. We choose this cabin because it had video games, unfortunately the Golden tee game did not work, contacted owner was told it was supposed to be replaced the day before, they would check on it and did not hear back from them at all. Overall the cabin was nice, kitchen had most of the basics, I thought it had a jacuzzi tub( looked at so many) and it did not, but the hot tub was nice. The location is great, very close to downtown Gatlinburg and the motor trail that takes you to do a ton of hikes like rainbow falls. The cabins are very close together which was surprising but the area was very nice and safe. Definitely download the app it helps a ton and we only used the free tickets 1 day. I was worried if we were late we would still be charged for the ticket as that's what the lady told me when I made the reservation but it was easy to call and get the free ticket.

what a great vacation and property!! We traveled with myself, my girlfriend, 2-14 year old boys and 2-16 year old girls and everyone loved the house. Great location in Gaitlinburg right by the main strip and real close to the main strip in pigeon forge. We had a blast at the pirate show and the hatfield and McCoy show. The Island in pigeon forge and hillbilly golf to name a few. I would definately recommend this property to anyone with kids or a couple families. The main level has the kitchen a family room with a big screen TV and a bedroom with a bathroom and a deck the lower level has 2 big bedrooms with bathrooms a washer and dryer and a deck with a hot tub and the 3rd level has a game room with air hockey,pool table,poker table, 2 video games a big projector screen for movies a set of bunk beds and a bathroom and deck. All in all we had a great time

The cabin was nice, plenty of room for two families. Kids had fun in the game room and view was nice from the 3rd balcony. The beds and pillows were awful. I have not had mattresses, sheets, and pillows this “basic” anywhere I’ve stayed the past 10yrs so that’s disappointing. My husband’s side of the bed dipped in and he felt like he was rolling off the bed. My back still hurts. I’d return if they got new beds, but otherwise no. There were also some things left on the floor under the bunk in plain view from a previous guest (baby tit and chap stick) which make me question how thoroughly it was cleaned.

This was a wonderful rental except the top bunk on the bunk beds. The mattress needs to be replaced my granddaughter had to put 4 blankets on the bed because the mattress springs are coming thru. We were very pleased with this cabin during our vacation. It was very code to town and easy to get to. There were amazing views from the balconies and inside the cabin. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans for us to make meals together. The check in and check out procedures were simple. There were many activities to do inside the cabin to keep everyone in our group happy when we choose not to go into town. Our family group of six were very pleased with our experience. We didn’t want to leave!

Absolutely wonderful experience. We enjoying cooking our meals at home rather than always eat out so this was great. Our sons enjoyed the upper level the most - it was their own guy cave during our stay. We enjoyed watching a movie on the big screen too! Any issues we had were minor and very quickly dealt with by the owner. We never got to use the community pool but it never looked busy during our stay which is good. Overall, our family had a very enjoyable stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at EasyLivin. Everyone had there own room and bathroom and the upstairs game room kept us all entertained. The cabin was clean and easily accessible from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only complaint I have is the mattresses were cheap spring and made resting at night difficult. Most places we stay have at least a pillow top mattress. I would rent this place again if the mattresses were upgraded.

We had a wonderful family stay. The condo set up was great for our needs . We would gather in evening to the 3 rd story and hang out. Family with 5 adults and 4 children from 1-5 year old. Easy Livin was everything described and then some. Upon arrival the cabin was fresh and clean. We had one area of concern that we brought to the attention of Matt. Within a half hour he called to discuss the issue and then had someone out first thing the next morning to solve the problem. Great communication and responsive. We had six adults and two children on our trip and the cabin had lots of room and privacy for everyone. We loved the theater room and enjoyed a family movie night. The cabin is close to downtown Gatlinburg and just a few minutes farther to Pigeon Forge. Easy check in/out. Overall we all loved it and would stay again.

Easy Living was perfect for our 2 families that were in town for a boys basketball tournament. With two 15 year old girls and two 10 year old boys in our mix, It accommodated us perfectly. The bedrooms are all three roomy and comfortable. The upstairs was more than perfect for the boys to sleep and hang out. We had no issues finding it or getting in. The owners gave us great directions that made checking in a breeze! The location was GREAT for us having to go back and forth to the sports center for basketball games. Its also extremely conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg. I wish we couldve stayed longer!!!!! I think I couldve sat upstairs and watched movies on the projector all day!!! You will need to bring a personal throw/blanket if you are like me and like to snuggle up on the couch. We will definitely visit Easy Living again in the future!!!

Wonderful wonderful place to rent cabins.. we rented easy livin this weekend it's huge.. you can rent it with multiple family.. 3 stories..has 3 king size bedrooms all with bathrooms, full kitchen, living-room with fireplace. upstairs has a full game with with a full bathroom, 2 twin bunkbeds. the couches also open for more sleeping. Also there is a hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony.. all 3 floors have balconies also. I highly recommend it! this cabin id right in Gaitlinsburg and only 3 moles from Pigeon Forge. If you want a great getaway I suggest you stay here...

We spent 5 nights at Easy Livin. Matt was very friendly and helpful! We utilized the free daily tickets which allowed us to do the Lumber Jack show, aquarium and several other fun things. There aren't adequate words to describe the view from the 3rd floor balcony! I didn't realize how much I would appreciate the ability to do our laundry. My kids loved all of the games, bunk beds, hot tub and didn't want to leave the cabin!
If I had any cons it would just be that it would have been nice for the kids to have a pool to utilize as it was very hot and covid prevented us from going to Dollywood Splash. Otherwise, we only have pros! My kids are already asking when we can go back.
I have to say it took me 2xs to write this review because I didn't realize there was a limit to characters and I had so many good things I wanted to point out!

We had the pleasure of staying in Easy Livin this past week and we had a wonderful stay! The cabin was just as nice as the pictures. Layout worked out perfect for my husband, I and two teenage sons, with room to spare. TV cable was a bit spotty at times, but it worked for the most part. We loved the game room, as well as the view from all 3 decks. Matt, the owner, stopped over the day we checked in to switch out a cable box and was super nice. The walk to the pool was about 10 minutes there (downhill), but a bit of a challenge on the way back up. We were about a 10 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the main strip in Gatlinburg, and about 20 minutes from the Smokey Mountain National park. Found several locations for takeout nearby, without having to get into the busy areas. We did appreciate the discount tickets available, but never had the opportunity to use them. Overall, a restful and great place to social distance from the world.

I absolutely loved it. The owners were so awesome. They called me we talked they worked with me and I appreciate it all. I came in on short notice looking for something for me and my children. They made my trip perfect. Anytime I’m here. They will be my preferred choice. Again and again ❤️ Keep up they great work. I like that the cabin was so kid friendly. Great accommodations. Thank you all so much.
